Silk Road is organized exclusively for educational purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Silk Road Academy has applied for tax exemption under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and approval is currently pending.
Silk Road Academy is a US-based 501(c)3 (IRS status pending) organization with a Board of Directors based in North Carolina and surrounding states.
